At TurkishWIN, mentorship is how we build deep connections and activate our ecosystem—one conversation, one relationship, one turning point at a time. We mentor our sisters to rise, lead, and lift others along the way because success is meaningful only when it is shared.  

Mentorship is one of our collective actions. We design mentoring programs that mobilize our ecosystem and connect women across generations, sectors, and life stages—because we believe we can and will lift each other forward. Our approach is structured, scalable, and driven by the belief that one mentor can be a hundred women’s turning point.

The Million Women Mentors program, dubbed Milyon Kadına Mentor in Turkish, connects private, public, and NGO sector leaders with young women (15-25 years old) for mentorship opportunities to help develop their career aspirations.

The program was founded together with the U.S. Chamber’s U.S.-Turkey Business Council and its Women in Business Initiative alongside project partners TurkishWIN's BinYaprak platform, STEMconnector and TOBB. 

We bring together STEMconnector’s global expertise with TurkishWIN’s powerful network of mentors—and the reach of our digital platform, BinYaprak. Milyon Kadına Mentor program is supported by Founding Circle Partners, Akbank, Turkey, Beba Foundation, Bridge to Türkiye Fund, Eker, EnerjiSA, PepsiCo Turkey, Pluxee Türkiye, Smart Enegry, Yıldız Holding and Technology sponsor Bulutistan . The program will gain strength as it grows to support women on their career journey.

 Our mission is bold and clear:

The Million Women Mentor Türkiye program is a movement of impact, powered by companies that believe in lifting as they rise.

Mentorship in this program is company-led. Individuals cannot sign up on their own as mentors. Instead, we invite organizations to join and mobilize their employees as mentors.

Here’s how organizations can get started:

1. Attend our weekly office hours (Fridays at 12 pm)  to learn more about the program’s mission, structure, and impact.

2. Submit your company’s pledge form. 

3. Mobilize your mentors—we’ll guide you through onboarding steps.

We offer the BinYaprak Women Entrepreneur Mentoring Program each year in partnership with Akbank for thriving women entrepreneurs who are ready to grow their businesses with a strong circle of support.

For six months—and beyond—we offer:

This program is a shared journey of growth, connection, and possibility.

We welcome our Uplifters and Uplighters to join us as mentors in the BinYaprak Women Entrepreneur Mentoring Program. The program is a 6-month commitment, with mentors and mentees meeting once every month. We’ll match you with an entrepreneur whose goals align with your strengths. We’ll support you both throughout the journey.

We’re looking for mentors with experience in investment readiness, scaling up, or navigating key growth milestones. You can share your know-how and stand by your mentee as she takes bold steps to grow her business.

We also invite our ecosystem partners and their mentors to join us because collective wisdom makes the journey stronger.
