Co-creating means answering our guiding question: “How can we make change happen faster, better, together?” We work side by side with subject-matter experts, changemakers, corporate leaders, and grassroots partners to build what’s next—programs, platforms, and pathways that meet young women where they are and lift them. 

To give you an example: Umran Beba, one of our visionary TurkishWINners, had the bold idea to bring the global Million Women Mentors movement to Türkiye. Alongside her, the Beba Foundation, STEMconnector, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to Türkiye, and TOBB rolled up their sleeves with us to design a national campaign and ecosystem mentoring program. Our know-how partners, EMCC Türkiye and the Evolve Team, soon joined in. Action partners across the ecosystem said yes—and after a year of seed work, the program officially launched in 2021. TurkishWIN is now the proud operating partner of the Million Women Mentors Türkiye movement. From 2021 to 2025, together with our action partners and corporate members, we’ve mobilized 260+ organizations and 1,600+ volunteer mentors—and we’re growing stronger every day. Our goal is to reach 1 million mentoring connections by 2031.

? Program Partner – Step into the core circle. Program partners join the project team, attend regular syncs, and co-own responsibilities to design, deliver, and scale the program.

? Outreach Partner – Use your voice to grow the circle. Help us reach the right participants and volunteers by sharing program announcements and mobilizing your network.

? Know-How Partner – Bring your wisdom to the table. Know-how partners shape the design and enrich the experience with proven content, tools, and methodologies.
