We turn insight into action. We create the data, stories, and pressure to helpt shift perception and policy by tracking what holds women back, and surfacing what moves them forward. Since 2017, we’ve been publishing the “Women & Employment Research Series.” —one of Türkiye’s most comprehensive time-series on gender equity in the workforce.
MENTORING — Lift As You Rise
We build deep connections and activate our ecosystem by mentoring women to rise, lead, and lift others along the way. Because success is meaningful only when it’s shared. TurkishWIN has been running mentoring programs across various sectors since 2010, with the current goal of reaching 1 million mentoring collections by 2031.

We gather stories like seeds,spoken from one sister to another,because every lived truth has the power to move systems. Since 2010, we’ve been harvesting stories that inspire and activate. Today, our goal is to harvest 5,000 stories every year.

We monitor our programs—mentorship matches made, stories shared, partnerships formed—and the ripple effects they create. But the real proof? It’s in the journeys of the women we lift: mentees who become mentors. Fellows who become founders. Stories that spark systems change.
