At Akbank, we are focused on developing solutions that address all the needs of women leaders through a holistic approach and supporting them on their growth journey. In this context, while offering them tailored financing solutions, we also facilitate their access to the information, mentorship support, and professional networks they need. As part of this effort, we launched the Women’s SME Package in collaboration with international financial institutions. Through this package, we have increased the total financing provided over the past two years by sevenfold and doubled the number of women-owned SMEs we serve. The BinYaprak Women Entrepreneurship Mentoring Program is one of our complementary initiatives in this regard. Now in its third year, this program continues to connect women entrepreneurs with mentors who guide them in areas such as growth, investment, exports, and leadership. We view this mentoring process as a strategic contribution to the long-term competitive strength of the Turkish economy, and we continue to collaborate closely with leading organizations in this field, such as TurkishWIN, to amplify this impact.
