To reach our vision, we unite and empower women leaders and allies through a spirit of sisterhood and legacy, choosing to rise by lifting young women in Türkiye.

We lead with heart and move with purpose, always ready to roll up our sleeves and get things done.

TurkishWIN. For those who no longer need the spotlight—because they’ve become the light.

We exist to close the opportunity gap for young women in Türkiye’s workforce. While talent is everywhere, opportunity is not. Cultural myths, limited role models, lack of mentorship, and rigid workplace structures still hold women back. We shine a light on these barriers and build platforms that turn ambition into access, and potential into career pathways. Because a gender-equal workforce doesn’t just need more seats at the table—it needs more doors held open.

In 2010, TurkishWIN started as a question: “What if one woman’s story could light the way for another?”

From that spark, we’ve grown into a global circle of women and allies building a future where talent and ambition—not gender—define opportunity. What began as storytelling became a movement—and now, a trusted platform for lasting change.

In 2015, we built BinYaprak.com Think of TurkishWIN as the action circle of uplifters and uplighters and BinYaprak as our digital sisterhood  platform. TurkishWIN brings the vision, network, programs and community. BinYaprak.com, our digital sisterhood, is where all our actions come to life. It’s where mentors meet their mentees, stories find their voice, and our sisterhood connects the dots. Together, we meet women where they are—online, on campus, or on the job hunt—and walk with them as they rise.

TurkishWIN was founded by Melek Pulatkonak—an entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, and believer in the power of sisterhood. She saw the need for a space where women don’t just network—they build the future, together. Her vision continues to fuel our circle today.
