The CampusWIN Fellowship is a two-year “learn and act” leadership program designed for female university students who are ready to take action and grow as changemakers.

If you're driven to create a gender-equal future, eager to do more, be more, and lead by example, this fellowship is for you. CampusWIN is where changemakers come together to scale impact, co-create solutions, and answer one powerful question:  How can we make change happen faster, better, and together?

Applications open each summer for first-year female university students across Türkiye who are ready to lead, learn, and lift others as they grow.

You’ll start your journey in your first year and graduate from the fellowship as a third-year student, ready to take on internships, build systems, and step into the world with purpose, lived experience, and a powerful sisterhood behind you.

Each year, we welcome a select cohort of 10 bold and brilliant first-year students from across Türkiye. This tight-knit group forms a powerful sisterhood—small in number, big in ambition.

CampusWIN Fellows are not just participants; they are builders. Each cohort is expected to leave a legacy, co-creating projects, shaping programs, and leaving their mark on the movement for gender equality.

A great CampusWIN Fellow is:

? A first-year university student
? Passionate about gender equality and social impact
? Ready to commit two years to personal growth, teamwork, and leadership
? Curious, proactive, and eager to co-create with a national network of changemakers
? Excited to lead within her campus—and beyond

? Ready to invest one or two days a week, working closely with our team to lead projects, scale impact, and drive change from within.

CampusWIN Fellows don’t walk alone.  Over two years, fellows grow, lead, and co-create alongside the TurkishWIN team—gaining hands-on experience and making a real impact.

Year 1: Fellows contribute as volunteers, dedicating approximately one day a week to support our programs, events, and community work. They learn by doing—building confidence, skills, and networks that last a lifetime.

Year 2: Fellows continue their leadership journey with increased responsibilities and a monthly stipend. They are expected to commit around two days a week, working closely with our team to lead projects, scale impact, and drive change from within.

Throughout the fellowship, they also receive:
