Since 2017, we’ve been publishing the “Women & Employment Research Series.” —one of Türkiye’s most comprehensive time-series on gender equity in the workforce.

We build deep connections and activate our ecosystem by mentoring women to rise, lead, and lift others along the way.  Because success is meaningful only when it’s shared. TurkishWIN has been running mentoring programs across various sectors since 2010, with the current goal of reaching 1 million mentoring collections by 2031.

We gather stories like seeds,spoken from one sister to another,because every lived truth has the power to move systems.  Since 2010, we’ve been harvesting stories that inspire and activate. Today, our goal is to harvest 5,000 stories every year.

It’s where mentors meet their mentees, stories find their voice, and our sisterhood connects the dots.
