Since 2010, our mentoring programs have turned conversations into catalysts to empower women across Türkiye to rise, lead, and lift others.

TurkishWIN has supported thousands of mentoring matches across age groups, sectors, and stages of the journey—from students exploring their first career steps to entrepreneurs scaling their businesses. Along the way:

We’re proud that mentoring at TurkishWIN doesn’t stop at the match—it ripples outward. The Export-Up Mentorship Program, for example, was born from a mentor’s experience in our EBRD Women in Business Program—proving how mentorship can spark new visions, new leaders, and new systems of support.

And we’re just getting started.  Our bold goal? 1 million mentoring connections by 2031. Because when women rise together, the impact multiplies.
