Mentorship isn’t just a one-on-one relationship—it’s a strategic lever in our Network for Change. It activates cross-generational collaboration, amplifies legacy-building, and turns individual experience into collective momentum.

We design scalable, high-impact mentoring platforms that unite over 200 partners and a dedicated community of volunteer mentors to drive aligned, collective action. Since 2010, TurkishWIN has co-created mentoring programs with mission-aligned partners, and we’re proud to call EMCC Türkiye and the Evolve Team our knowledge partners.

• BinYaprak Women Entrepreneur Mentoring Program (since 2023) 

• Million Women Mentor Türkiye (since 2021)

• Export-Up Mentoring Program (since 2022) 

• EBRD Women in Business Mentoring Program (2015-2022) 

• TurkishWIN Mentoring Program (since 2011) 

We’ve also piloted mentoring programs with MEF University, Gedik University, Antalya Women Entrepreneurship Network, EY, and more.
