• Goal: To empower women entrepreneurs with mentoring, knowledge exchange, and new networks

? Million Women Mentor Türkiye 

• With: TOBB, STEMconnector, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, TurkishWIN

• Goal: To reach 1 million mentoring connections by 2031 for young women (ages 15–25)

• Our Role: Lead national campaign, mobilize mentors, and design scalable mentoring pathways

• Launched: 2021

? Export-Up Mentoring Program

• With: Aegean Exporters’ Associations (EIB), EMCC Türkiye

• Goal: To support export-driven women and young entrepreneurs

• TurkishWIN’s Role: Co-created program design, offered mentoring know-how and ecosystem support

? EBRD Women in Business Mentoring Program (2015–2022)

• With: EBRD, European Union, Republic of Turkey

• Goal: To support the growth and leadership of women entrepreneurs across Türkiye

• Our Role: Designed and managed the program end-to-end

• Impact: Over 180 women entrepreneurs mentored

Notably, this program inspired the Export-Up Mentorship Program, proving how one mentoring journey can spark the next movement.

We’ve also led mentoring pilots and partnerships with MEF University (2018), Gedik University (2018), Antalya Women Entrepreneurship Network (2016), EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program (2016), and Yeditepe University Alumni Network (2015).
