Happy Day! You can download your receipt by following these steps: 

1. Log into your TurkishWIN account.

2. Go to your profile at this link: https://turkishwin.com/edit-profile

3. Click on the “Payment Preferences” menu as shown below. 

4. In your membership payment menu at https://turkishwin.com/membership, click on the download icon - the little arrow. Your invoice will be downloaded to your local drive under the “Downloads” folder.
