If you have paid your membership dues opting for recurring payments, you can cancel your recurring payment subscription following instructions here. At the time of the renewal, you can enter your new credit card information. 

If you have paid your membership dues opting for ongoing payments, you do not need to take any action. When you renew your membership, use a new card!
