We offer two membership payment options:

1. Recurring plan memberships: You will be charged automatically after 12 months on the same credit card. 

2. Fixed plan memberships: You will need to enter a new credit card number after 12 months to keep your membership current. 

If you have a recurring plan membership and would like change this payment preference, please follow these quick steps: 

1. Log into your TurkishWIN account.

2. Go to your profile at this link: https://turkishwin.com/edit-profile. 

3. Click on the “Payment Preferences” menu as shown below. 

4. In your membership payment menu at https://turkishwin.com/membership, Click on “Cancel” next to “Cancel Your Recurring Order” 

5. You will read a pop-up message as shown below that reads  “You are going to cancel this order. Are you sure you want to do that?” Please click on “Yes.” 

You are done and have successfully cancelled your recurring plan payment preference. Your card will not be automatically charged. Upon expiration, you will get renewal reminders to keep your membership current. 

If you have a fixed  membership plan preference, we ask that you switch to “recurring payments” at your next membership renewal. At the time of the renewal, you will be prompted to complete your payment step as shown below: 

Please pick the “recurring membership plan” and complete the payment steps! You no longer have to chase your renewal reminders!
