CampusWINners lead the change they want to see at university campuses for a gender equal future in society and at the workplace. WINners coach, mentor, network with, and inspire CampusWINners since 2012. Campus Leaders give back by leading the organization of the TurkishWIN Career Day, supporting the ‘Women in Business Clubs’ at universities, and creating content at BinYaprak.

We created a digital safe space for our ecosystem of partners, members, and CampusWINners to share role model stories, career tips and networks for peer sharing and support. At BinYaprak, we share our stories and the stories of our role models in writing and videos. We also share our know-how, best practices, and inspiring stories at live events. BinYaprak members also come together to expand their networks and meet peers. BinYaprak is now a community of 20,000 members with content that reaches more than 1M viewers.

In 2011, TurkishWIN introduced KEDV’s MAYA to become Kiva.’s first local partner in Turkey & established a network connection. As a result, MAYA received a funding vehicle for micro-credit loans for women.

Co-created & lead: Evin Hesap Uzmanı Kadın

In 2015, we led the Evin Hesap Uzmanı Kadın program where we gave free trainings in financial literacy and social security rights to working women between the age of 18 and 35. We thank our project partners, The Republic of Turkey Social Security Institution (SGK), MasterCard Turkey and The Financial Literacy and Inclusion Association (FODER) for this great project.
