Enjoy your 6-month Journey 

The TurkishWIN mentoring matches are for six months. We suggest that you spend at least 6-10 hours in total and meet at least once a month. Your journey will be a unique one for you.

After the matching, we have limited visibility on the progress of your relationship. It is super important for us to receive continuous feedback from you! So, please watch out for the short surveys we will send your way for the following milestones: one month; two months, three months, and six months.

Mentoring paves the way to a rewarding experience for the mentor and the mentee to exchange knowledge, lessons, and business acumen. There are certain core human qualities involved: trust, commitment, authenticity, honesty, and integrity.

Together, you create a safe space to enjoy open communication and a trusting relationship where judgement, our own struggles, and day-to-day problems are parked outside of our mentoring sessions.

What we share or hear at our mentoring sessions is private and confidential information. EMCC Global Ethics Code provides a wonderful framework regarding our role and ethical responsibilities. We recommend that you take a moment to read this code.
