Pelin Durtas, is a profession banking director in finance over an experience +18 years and a coactive coach. She leaded several roles in finance and investor relations and she lives in Madrid, Spain. She has a proven contribution to M&A process and public offering on banking. She took several roles as main liaison point both in with main shareholders finance units and upper management She designed & built up shareholders ' and board of directors required financial info & data flows including asset and liability and budgeting. She coordinated several integration financial projects and she has an expertise on finance & strategy including budgeting She is a professional coactive coach and she coached several professionals in the banking industry. She took several responsibilities in gender equality platforms and she is one of the founder of “mentoring program for women managers” in Garantibank.
