A few years back, we moved to the Netherlands due to my appointment as Global Talent & OD Director at Signify. Then I took over the Global DE&I Leadership role. I'm collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders internally and externally to advance a diverse workforce and equitable and inclusive work environment. In my profession, I'm creating value by embedding Human Resources programs into operational business plans, navigating through paradoxes to deliver business results. I'm always asking how work needs to change to keep up with the diverse needs of our people, customers, and investors to build more inclusive ecosystems? How does HR re-imagine itself to be more people-centric, proactive, and straightforward? Next to my profession, I coach and mentor transitioning leaders, women, and early career talents. Always willing to exchange know-how and experience with other professionals, believes richness in diversity to form more mature opinions.
