Didem Gürcüoğlu Tekay

Didem Tekay describes herself as a Grow-Forward Architect, curating development paths for leaders, teams and organizations for their progress. Throughout her professional journey, she has been supporting, working with and participating in action some of the most admired national and international business leaders of our time, as well as engage with inspiring academics and thought leaders. She has been listed in the Forty Over 40 Women to Watch 2015 list in USA, which celebrates women who are reinventing, leaning in, and creating momentum that will be felt by those beyond their community and field in the world. She is also one of the 50 female mentees in the Women on Boards program, an initiative launched to ensure that more women are assigned to top decision-making positions at top corporations. She has Leading Global Coach Award from Marshall Goldsmith MG100 initiation. She is the author of the book ‘The Grow-Forward Manifesto’, navigating leaders how to foster self, team and organizational growth with a development framework. She is founder of Grow Circle, small learning circles where participants can give voice to their visions and find the encourage­ment to step up. Tekay is now working with private sector leaders to commit and craft roadmaps acting on UN Sustainable Development Goals.
