Yadigar Gökalp İlhan is the President of the Turkish Social Security Institution (SGK). In her civil service career, she has introduced and implemented pivotal social assistance programs in Turkey, including the Conditional Cash Transfers and Local Initiatives Programs for vulnerable people of Turkey. She is also the Founder and President of the Women Managers and Workers Solidarity Association.
