Matthias Scheffelmeier is one of TurkishWIN’s Guys Who Rock. He is Turkey’s country representative for Ashoka Europe and co-founder and owner of pocketvillage.com, a Berlin-based tech startup. Prior to joining Ashoka, Scheffelmeier worked for Microsoft and received the 2011 BMW Foundation Young Leader Award.
