He is the Coordinator of the Education Reform Initiative (ERI), a Turkish non-governmental think-and-do-tank in education. He is an education policy analyst with more than ten years of experience in education policy and administration in both developing and post-conflict countries. Batuhan serves in the Advisory Board of Mother Child Education Foundation and in the Board of Network of Education Policy Centers.
