Women Leadership Development Panel: "Mentoring or Sponsorship?”

Kadın Liderlik Platformu (Women Leadership Platform) is a platform that brings together diversity leads, HR professionals and C level managers in trailblazer companies for best practice sharing to empower women employees. Through this network corporate change makers are empowered to bring change to their respective companies. The network was launched on February 26, 2014 and is supported by a UPS Foundation Grant in partnership with UPS Turkey leadership & volunteers, TurkishWIN and KAGIDER.
