TurkishWINners enjoyed a Learning Circle; "Let Your Feminine Power Shine” workshop. This inner work facilitated by Burcu Yalman, a Professional Certified Coach working with individuals and teams in the subjects of change, leadership and inner balance.

We are going through tough times. Violence, hatred, uncertainties, polarisation are increasing everywhere in the world, specifically so in our country. Anger, fear, grief are the prevailing emotions, which do not find space to be expressed cleanly. In these times of chaos, finding center and ground in one's own self becomes critical.

In a male dominated system, where this chaos occurs, this becomes even more important for women. If women can access their feminine energy and find their ground and power in their femininity, then they can better express their true nature and wholeness as women and hence can contribute better to the required balance in male-female energies and leadership in the world.
