Mentees: Highschool group session coordinated with a school teacher (all girls or co-ed) ; 1:1 mentoring with young girls (18-25 years old)

Requirements: Min. 5 years of work experience Responding to mentee request within 2 weeks (accept/decline) Men/women are welcome Be part of a volunteer team

Commitment: 6 month mentoring program Min. 1 meeting per month (min 60-90 minutes) Filling out mentoring surveys for progress and feedback check-ins Reading program materials.
