“ If I did it, so can you! ”
Through the lenses of leadership psychology, I help executives achieve their aspirations, develop their strengths and understand their shadows so they can be more insightful and influential. As an Organisational Clinical Psychologist, I am naturally interested in patterns, functions and dysfunctionalities, change and the human side of the systems my clients work in to help them develop organisations admired by every stakeholder. I work globally and truly value the diversity of thought and experience that coaching executives from different geographies and cultures brings. I also have a particular interest in entrepreneurship and family business. To me, entrepreneurship is almost a different personality type anchored in a dream-like big vision, with the ability to fly at 5,000 feet and then to dive down to 50 feet when needed. Working with entrepreneurs and helping them grow their business has always been a joy to me. As has working with family businesses where the integrated dynamics of the family systems and work systems makes the work extremely meaningful. My most recent passion – and a key social responsibility objective – is to increase the number of female directors on company boards by designing cross company mentoring and training programs, and coaching senior female executives towards that goal. I believe learning never stops – we should all consider ourselves as lifetime students – and I regularly participate in programs at INSEAD, Harvard Kennedy School of Government and The Tavistock Institute which feeds me intellectually and ensures I can be a better coach to my clients. But when I am not studying or working, I enjoy being with my young daughter and using my coaching skills to help her develop her gymnastics passion. I also enjoy all the art and social offerings of London.
