• Network Connection between Kiva.org & KEDV: In 2011, TurkishWIN introduced KEDV’s MAYA to become Kiva.’s first local partner in Turkey & established a network connection. As a result, MAYA received a funding vehicle for micro-credit loans for women.
  • #GiveBack impact: >$1.2 Million in funding was given to over 3k women in micro-credit loans and counting! 

• Co-founded YenidenBiz: In 2013, Melek Pulatkonak and our team were in the Founding Circle to launch YenidenBiz as an NGO to  help women get back to work after a career break.
  • #GiveBack impact: >250 job placements & trainings delivered to thousands

• Co-founded and co-lead Kadin Liderlik Platform:  In 2014, TurkishWIN , KAGİDER and UPS Turkey launched the Women Leadership Platform (WLP)/ Kadin Liderlik Platformu. In 2019, EBRD joined WLD. Our objective is to provide a gathering and sharing space to companies to exchange best practices in diversity and inclusion (D&I)programs with a specific gender focus.   • Over 582 participants from 238 organizations attended the events and participated in the platform. 

• Co-create and manage EBRD Turkey’s Women in Business Mentoring Program: Since 2015,  we have been the mentoring  partner of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Women in Business Mentoring Program. Women entrepreneurs who enroll in this complimentary mentoring program are matched with TurkishWIN mentors.
  • >120 women entrepreneurs are matched with TurkishWIN sisters as mentors.
