How to Apply

Applications are open twice a year, in November and in March. 

Here are a few reminders, as you prepare for your application: 

• The program’s capacity is 100 amazing women. 
• We have a maximum intake per campus- 3 CampusWIN leaders. 
• Your application will be evaluated if you are a 1st or 2nd-year university student regardless of your major.

Interview Step:  Congrats! You have made it to the interviews. You will meet CampusWIN Leadership Teams and have a formal interview led by our partner,  ManpowerGroup Turkey. 

Invitation Step: If accepted, you will be asked to complete your onboarding steps in a timely fashion. Make sure you follow our email instructions! 

Welcome on Board: You are now a CampusWIN Champion, right at the beginning of your CampusWIN journey sister! 

After a semester, you will be a rising CampusWIN leader, then a CampusWIN alum and finally a TurkishWINner- over time.

Our communication will be via email. Stay tuned and check your email! 

You can apply to the CampusWIN Academy program as many times as you like. That said, your applications will not make the first step in the process if you are in your junior (3rd) and senior (4th) year. It is a tad late to apply then.

• You are going to exercise your right to be awesomely cool and show up for all meetings and tasks respecting others.
• You are social, both online and offline, engaging an audience with a meaningful conversation in the spirit of our motto: If she did it, so can you!
• You aim big and dream bigger. You do not let pessimism take me over you and respond to setbacks with optimism and genius. If things get tough, you’ll get tougher.
• You want to invest your genius in building a gender equal future for us all.

Good question!  You should:

• Read the CampusWIN Academy website very very carefully 
• Understand TurkishWIN and our mission. Devour our website and social media posts
• Know in your gut why you are joining this program! 
• Have your CV ready and handy. 
• Talk to your campus leader or others you know to get the insider view:-) 
• References are super important. If we have a CampusWIN leader on your campus, we will ask her about you. Make sure she knows you and your application!

That said, all male students are welcome to join our giveback programs at BinYaprak, Milyon Kadına Mentor movement,  CampusWIN Partner Clubs, becoming an intern at TurkishWIN and more!
