"Although we had a serious distance physically, I have never felt that she is far away. Every time I need help, she was there to help me. When I was a little bit confused in my career goals, she encouraged me to take actions. I thank her for her belief in me. This was an amazing experience for me. It really boosted my self-confidence. I believe I can fly right now."

Dos and Dont’s

  • Be reliable. Make every effort to show up for scheduled meetings.
  • Identify your mentee's strengths and show her how to use it.
  • Don't become involved in the mentee's personal life.
  • Don't be all business and no fun.
